We are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a supportive secondary special school setting in Croydon, supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH needs, and behavioural difficulties. This role is particularly well suited to aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, therapists, or behaviour specialists, as well as those with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education.
The Role:
- Full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant position
- Based in a specialist, inclusive setting within the London Borough of Croydon
- Supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Providing 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom
- Assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning
Ideal Candidate:
