The Job...
Working in schools around Crewe to support children with SEMH needs who can demonstrate challenging behaviour - your role will be part teaching classroom assistant, and part pastoral support worker. You will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher to enable them to teach effectively - ensuring that the children you will care for are kept on task, helped to manage their behaviour, and to engage and communicate with their peers and teachers.
Skilled in de-escalation and behaviour management, your role will be a rewarding and challenging one, with no day the same as the last!
