The Role
- Deliver high-quality specialist teaching and targeted interventions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Support pupils with a range of learning barriers to achieve strong academic, social, emotional and communication outcomes.
- Utilise structured, therapeutic, sensory-based and multi-sensory approaches to learning.
- Work collaboratively with the SENDCo, teaching staff, support staff and external professionals to develop ambitious and inclusive provision.
- Enable pupils to access mainstream learning where appropriate, promoting confidence, resilience and independence.
- Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews, assessments and individual learning plans.

- Has strong experience in being an SEN Teacher understanding strategies, interventions and EHCP processes.
