Cover Supervisor – Secondary and Middle Schools. The Role…no two days are ever the same!

* Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the subject teacher
* Ensuring students remain engaged, on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
* Building positive relationship with pupils across different year groups
* Assist with other duties (registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)

Cover Supervisor – Secondary and Middle Schools. Requirements:

* Desire to make a difference
* Enthusiastic, good sense of humour
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
* Adaptable, proactive, resilient, reliable
* Hold a UK degree or previous experience of working with young people (eg: mentor, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, TA, LSA etc)
* Possess a current enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to apply for a new one – we can help with this)
* Can travel to Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove
