Cover Supervisor & Instructor

Start Date: Immediate / After February Half Term

Location: Worcester and surrounding areas

Pay: £120 – £130 per day (depending on school and experience)

Cover Supervisor – the role. No two days are ever the same!

You will be delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students are engaged in their learning in the absence of the usual subject teacher. While work is often general cover, we can also place you in subject-specific roles that suit your background or interests.

To be considered, you will need:

  • A UK-recognised degree or some experience teaching, tutoring, coaching or working with young people in an educational setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for a new certificate, we can help with this process)
