Role and Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
* Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
* Support students with their work and respond to their questions
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Handle any immediate issues that arise during lessons

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential)

The following qualifications would be an advantage:

* Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools
* Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
* Level 3 Certificate in Cover Supervision of Pupils in Schools
