Primary School EYFS Leader – Havering, London

Permanent & Full Time Contract. Good progression opportunities, excellent resources, 2 Form Entry, Good OFSTED. Start: September 2026. Salary MPS4 – UPS3, TLR for EYFS Lead up to £12,000.

We are looking for an experienced EYFS primary school teacher or leader who is passionate about Early Years and ready to lead and shape the vision and future of the school.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding curriculum to ensure all pupils make an excellent start to their learning journey.
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team in setting the future direction and vision of the school.
• Support and mentor teaching staff, facilitating professional development and quality improvement.
• Represent the EYFS sector through attendance at relevant training and development opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate pupil assessment and reporting in line with statutory requirements.
