A driven and high-performing secondary school in Colchester is seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Mathematics to start in April Term paying to scale. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maths teacher with strong leadership skills, or an ambitious second-in-department ready to take the next step, to drive excellence and raise attainment across KS3-KS4.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
