This role is for a SEN Learning Support Assistant in a well-regarded Secondary School in Colchester, rated GOOD by Ofsted. The school is committed to providing inclusive education, supporting students with additional needs, and ensuring every learner is given the opportunity to succeed. This school caters for students aged 11-18.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)
- Support students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Help implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
