We are partnering with a well-established Secondary School in Colchester, rated GOOD by Ofsted, that is looking to appoint a dependable and motivated Cover Supervisor.
Job Overview:- This school caters for students aged 11-16/18.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, Cover Supervisor role.
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and conduct.
- Work closely with teaching and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
