The school prides itself on maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning, ensuring students continue to progress even in the absence of their regular teacher.
Job Overview:- This school caters for students aged 11-16/18.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, Cover Supervisor role.
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set lesson plans.
- Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
- Support students in completing set work and staying on task.
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and conduct.
- Work closely with teaching and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
