Academics is a leading national education recruitment agency, specialising in the supply of teachers and education professionals to schools across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to lead and develop our SEND team based in London.

The Role - Recruitment Manager

As Recruitment Manager for the SEND team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of consultants, driving business growth, and delivering an exceptional recruitment service to schools and candidates. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the SEND recruitment team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
