Responsibilities- Provide support to SEN students in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring continuity in their learning experience.
- Supervise and manage the classroom environment to maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by teaching staff to facilitate effective learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students and provide emotional support as needed.
- Assist with classroom management, behaviour management, and ensuring that students adhere to school policies.
