A two-form entry primary school in Chesham is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and reflective Year 1 Class Teacher to join its dedicated team on a permanent basis from September 2026.   • Demonstrate a strong commitment to early reading, phonics, and language development
  • Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support pupil progress
  • Set high expectations for behaviour, attainment, and presentation
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and events
