As a Candidate Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of education positions, including teachers, teaching assistants, learning support assistants, cover supervisors, and SEN specialists.

Working from our Chelmsford office, you will use job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive search techniques to identify and engage talented individuals looking for their next opportunity.

The successful Candidate Resourcer will be confident communicating with people from all backgrounds, conducting candidate screening calls, arranging interviews, updating candidate records, and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed accurately.

You'll build lasting relationships with candidates, understand their skills and career aspirations, and help match them with suitable roles across our network of schools.

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
