The SENCO position: 3 days per week. January 2027 start. Initially for 2 terms, with the possibility of a permanent contract. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, teaching staff, parents and external professionals. Leading and coordinating SEND provision, ensuring pupils receive the appropriate support to thrive. Supporting staff with inclusive teaching strategies, interventions and individual pupil needs. Overseeing EHCPs, provision mapping, reviews and the graduated approach.What are we looking for? A qualified teacher with a recognised SENCO qualification (NASENCO). Previous experience working within a SENCO or SEND leadership position. Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCPs and inclusive practice. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Someone passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs. A confident, approachable individual who can support and inspire colleagues.🍎 An additional opportunity - Year 2 Teacher The school is also recruiting for a Year 2 Teacher for 2 days per week, starting in January 2027.
