Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support to pupils across KS1 and KS2 with behaviour requirements and SEN (ASD, Dyslexia, ADHD).
  • Assist teachers and specialist staff in implementing individualized learning plans.
  • Support the delivery of classroom teaching and create an engaging learning environment.
  • Contribute to tailored CPD initiatives and use appropriate SEN resources and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Full‑time degree (1:1 or 2:1) – preferably Psychology, Criminology or Social Sciences.
  • Understanding of SEN and relevant experience working with children (personal or professional).
  • Strong communication skills.
