Are you an enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work during the summer holidays? We are seeking reliable and adaptable Nursery Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming nursery settings across Medway throughout the summer break. The Role
You will provide high-quality support within nursery settings, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive. Assignments may vary from day to day, covering both planned staff absences and last-minute sickness, so flexibility and reliability are essential.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
- Are flexible and available to work on an ad hoc basis, often at short notice.
- Are confident working as part of different teams and can adapt quickly to new environments.
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
