Who should apply?
Priority will be given to applicants with previous experience supporting children or young people. We are also interested in hearing from people without direct education experience who are considering a career in the sector. Transferable experience in areas such as youth work, coaching, care, sports, mentoring, administration or customer-facing roles can be valuable.
