Academics are currently recruiting Level 3, Level 2 and experienced Unqualified Early Years Practitioners for adhoc and supply opportunities across Hadleigh and the surrounding areas.
We work with a range of local Early Years settings and are looking for passionate, reliable and caring practitioners who can step into a nursery environment and make a positive impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children aged 0-5 years
- Working across Baby, Toddler and Pre-School rooms
- Supporting children's learning and development
- Planning and delivering engaging activities
- Building positive and nurturing relationships with children
- Supporting children's personal care and daily routines
- Encouraging communication, independence and social development
- Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
- Working alongside experienced Early Years teams
Who We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Practitioners
- Level 2 Early Years Practitioners
- Experienced Unqualified Practitioners
You don't necessarily need years of experience - we're looking for people who are reliable, enthusiastic, caring and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
Requirements
You should have:
- Experience working with children aged 0-5
- A warm, nurturing and patient approach
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Confidence adapting to different nursery environments
- A strong understanding of safeguarding
- A genuine passion for children's development and wellbeing
