We're expanding our Cardiff office and are looking for a driven, confident Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing schools
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals
- Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines
- Arranging interviews and managing placements
- Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales, customer service or hospitality
