Specialist Tutor Needed in Canterbury, Kent

Are you a qualified teacher or a highly experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with complex needs? The Role:

  • Deliver individualised, sensory-led learning tailored to the child's needs

  • Work closely with families, professionals, and Academics' support team
  • Sessions may take place in the home or alternative provision

Who We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or exceptionally experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong SEND background
  • Proven experience with PMLD and/or Autism and SEMH
  • Strong behaviour management and trauma-informed practice
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Confidence adapting learning in highly personalised ways
