Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism and helping them reach their full potential? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Camberley is seeking a dedicated ASD Support Worker to join their supportive team. This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing tailored support to help them engage in learning, develop social skills, and build confidence within the classroom environment.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with ASD
  • Help pupils access learning activities and participate fully in school life
  • Support the development of communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation skills
  • Implement personalised support strategies in line with pupils' individual needs
  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and parents to promote positive outcomes
  • Create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

  • Able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
  • Calm, resilient, and adaptable in a school environment
  • Experienced in SEN, education, care, support work, youth work, or childcare (desirable but not essential)
