Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a background in Specialist Resource Base Support? We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to provide Specialist Resource Base Support across a number of welcoming Primary Schools in Caerphilly.
Thanks to our excellent relationships with schools throughout Caerphilly, we have a variety of opportunities available, ranging from flexible ad-hoc supply work to full-time, long-term positions five days a week. Our aim is to provide schools with reliable, skilled staff while ensuring every Teaching Assistant is matched to a role that suits their experience, availability, and career goals.
The Role
- Support pupils with additional learning needs within specialist resource bases
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and wider school staff to support individual learning plans
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement
We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Strong experience providing support to pupils with additional learning needs
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work across schools in Caerphilly
