We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team, working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a varied and fulfilling role, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a dynamic school environment.

Based on the outskirts of Gillingham, our school offers a welcoming and friendly setting. Please note that due to the location, access by public transport can be limited, so applicants must have their own transport or a reliable way of travelling to and from the school.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning. Responsibilities will include providing 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), assisting with small group interventions, and helping to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. You will need to be flexible, proactive, and confident in building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A calm, patient approach and a genuine commitment to helping every child achieve their potential are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
