Job Overview:

  • This academy caters for students aged 11-19.
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday, English ECT role.
  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 opportunities available).
  • Teach a broad curriculum including literature, language, and creative writing.
  • Receive structured support through a comprehensive ECT induction programme.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear feedback to support development.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and contribute to departmental planning.
