Job Overview:
- This academy caters for students aged 11-19.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, English ECT role.
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 opportunities available).
- Teach a broad curriculum including literature, language, and creative writing.
- Receive structured support through a comprehensive ECT induction programme.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear feedback to support development.
