We are working with a well-regarded Secondary School in Braintree, rated GOOD by Ofsted, that is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Design and Technology ECT. Job Overview:
- This school caters for students aged 11-16.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, Design and Technology ECT role.
- Plan and deliver engaging, practical DT lessons across KS3-KS4.
- Teach a range of DT disciplines (e.g. product design, resistant materials, or graphics).
- Support students in developing creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress to support achievement.
- Work closely with an experienced mentor and supportive department.
- Contribute to a safe and stimulating workshop/classroom environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (ECT).
