Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what's essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs. There are part time, full time and long term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £90 a day. A team teach qualification is desired but not essential.

We are looking for someone who is driven, passionate and committed to supporting SEN learners with various special educational needs and have high expectations to ensure all pupils make good progress. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role in either a mainstream or specialist setting.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience working with children with SEND either on a 1:1 basis or in a classroom setting.
  • Enthusiastic about working with SEND children.
  • Be flexible, proactive and patient.
  • Comfortable with personal care.
  • Be able to communicate effectively within a team.
