Our business provides temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to primary, secondary and SEND schools across England and Wales.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business over the phone
  • Meeting schools
  • Advertising positions
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Placing candidates against opportunities
  • Arranging interviews
  • Contract negotiation
  • Ongoing customer service with both the school and the teacher
