Working within specialist schools across Huddersfield, you will teach and support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, SEMH, ADHD, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities. You will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs while helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence. Working in Kirklees and alongside experienced support staff, you will create a positive learning environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
As a SEN Secondary Teacher in Kirklees you will be:
- A qualified teacher with experience teaching secondary-aged pupils
- Confident differentiating lessons for students with a variety of SEN needs
