As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that students receive the individual attention they need to thrive. In this role, you will be assigned to work closely with a specific student or a small group of students, helping them overcome barriers to learning, both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individualized Support: You will work closely with a student, providing tailored support based on their specific needs, whether they require help with academic subjects, emotional well-being, or behavioural management.

- Collaboration with Teachers and Parents: You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and parents to create and implement strategies for the student’s learning and development.
