We are recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join a specialist secondary school in Milton Keynes, supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. While experience within an SEN or SEMH setting is desirable, applications from strong mainstream Maths Teachers are also encouraged.
Salary: 34,000 - 52,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons.
- Support students with a range of additional needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals.
- Support the delivery of Computing lessons where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
