Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in the Medway area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated to helping young children learn, develop, and thrive in a nurturing environment.

The Role

  • Full-time position

  • Based across the Medway area
  • Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's development
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's individual needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is essential
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant Early Years qualification is desirable
