EHCP Teaching Assistant - Bicester

A Secondary SEN School in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and caring EHCP Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.
As an EHCP Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support in line with students' individual EHCP targets and needs.
- Support students with learning, communication, confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Help students access the curriculum and overcome barriers to learning.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure EHCP strategies and support are implemented consistently.
- Monitor and record students' progress towards their individual targets.
We're looking for an EHCP Teaching Assistant who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
- A confident communicator with a genuine passion for SEN.
- Interested in gaining practical experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, education, or a related field.
- Organised and able to follow individual support plans and targets.
