Key Responsibilities As an active Behaviour TA, you will help create a calm, structured classroom environment: De-escalation & Mentoring: Implement positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques for pupils Academic Engagement: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to keep pupils focused during literacy and numeracy tasks.
