We’re looking for a Behaviour Buddy to join our dynamic team at a Pupil Referral Unit in Bristol. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring a bit of fun and flexibility to the day! Sector – Education and TrainingHours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (with a half-hour break)Location: BristolSalary: £90 per dayLunch: Provided – we encourage staff to have lunch with students to help build positive connections. About the Role: As a Behaviour Buddy, you will be supporting students in Bristol who have struggled in mainstream education. These young people may sometimes exhibit challenging behaviours, including running out of class or occasional physical outbursts. While it can be tough, it’s a highly rewarding role where your positive attitude can make a huge difference.
