The Role
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students requiring additional behavioural guidance
- Build positive relationships with students to improve engagement and attendance

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational, youth work or mentoring setting

- Experience supporting students with SEND or SEMH needs is advantageous
