Your Responsibilities
- Support qualified nursery staff with the care and supervision of children aged 0-5 years.
- Help create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
- Support children's learning, development, and day-to-day routines.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assist with mealtimes, personal care, sleep routines, and other daily activities where required.
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop your Early Years experience.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection, or a willingness to learn.
- Reliability and a professional approach to work.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
