A charming primary school based in Basildon, Essex that is looking for an experienced TA or already proven HLTA to join them come September.
This is a superb opportunity for a committed practitioner who enjoys being in the classroom and supporting pupils in their early stages of learning.
In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality classroom cover, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with teachers to ensure all pupils receive the support and challenge they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Provide effective classroom cover across Reception to Year 6 using established lesson plans.
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to raise attainment and build confidence.
- Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Foster positive behaviour and create a nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor pupil progress and share feedback with colleagues.
- Contribute actively to the wider life of the school.
Requirements
- Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience in a similar role.
- Has experience leading learning within a primary school setting.
