Academics are looking to appoint a KS2 Phase Leader on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry primary school. This Basildon based primary school is seeking a strong, passionate and driven Teacher to join their warm and welcoming KS2 team from September 2026 on a permanent contract.
As the KS2 Phase Leader, you will be responsible for leading the KS2 team and monitoring student achievement across the KS2 Phase. It will also be your responsibility to implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies and work alongside the senior management team.
