Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery. Providing targeted support to help pupils access learning and reach their potential. Supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development. Helping maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff. We're Looking For A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or an equivalent relevant qualification. Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school. A patient, caring and adaptable approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine passion for supporting children's education. Requirements Enhanced DBS certificate.
