• Deliver engaging and curriculum‑aligned Psychology lessons to Further Education students, adapting your approach to meet varied learning needs and levels.
• Foster an inclusive and intellectually stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, debate, and a deep appreciation for psychological concepts.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a relevant degree in Psychology or a closely related field; a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or proven FE tutoring experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrates a verifiable passion for education and a strong understanding of the Further Education curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Possesses the ability to explain complex psychological theories with clarity and relevance, engaging students with diverse learning styles.
