The Role: What You'll Do As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your day-to-day will involve: Working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to boost their confidence and progress during lessons. Providing tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and implementing creative strategies to help them thrive. An Enhanced Child DBS check and EWC Registration (or a willingness to apply for both). A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is highly desirable, though not essential.
