Are you looking for an experienced, nurturing, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support your Early Years provision?
Our Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant brings valuable experience working within EYFS, supporting children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning in a safe and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities and impact
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
- Support phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and language development.
- Adapt support for children with a range of learning needs to help every child reach their potential.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
- Support safeguarding, child development, and EYFS statutory requirements.
