Salary: Bucks Pay Range 5 - Actual annual salary £32,842 to £35,384 (equivalent to £34,319 to £36,975 for full time)
Are you a highly organised and discreet professional with a passion for supporting leadership in education? We're recruiting for a permanent Head Teacher's PA to work directly with the Headteacher from September 2026.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-level PA support to the Headteacher, including diary and communication management
- Supporting SLT coordination, meetings and operational priorities
- Assisting with school events, calendar planning and key whole-school activities
- Supporting recruitment and administrative processes
- Attending meetings and recording actions where required
- Acting as a professional point of contact for parents, staff and external stakeholders
- Supporting wider school administration and Office functions when needed
- Ensuring key priorities are effectively tracked and followed through
You Will Be Someone Who
- Is highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Is experienced in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Is discreet, trustworthy and confident handling sensitive information
- Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Is calm, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Is confident using modern digital systems and office software
- Is a natural problem-solver with a "can do" approach
- Experience within an educational setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
