Primary Support - Behaviour Mentor

The Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. The role will involve helping the student engage positively within the classroom, encouraging emotional regulation, promoting positive behaviour strategies, and supporting both social and academic development.

You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, the Inclusion Manager, SENCO, and external professionals to provide tailored support that meets the pupil's individual needs.

Daily responsibilities may include:
