- Use art as a tool for emotional regulation, communication, and engagement, helping pupils to 'sketch out' their feelings in a safe and structured way
- Support pupils with autism, sensory needs, and behaviours that challenge
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and behaviour specialists
- Create a calm, structured environment where pupils can 'paint a picture' of progress at their own pace
- Specialist SEN provision with excellent facilities and creative learning spaces
- Strong leadership team and a supportive, therapeutic ethos
- Staff trained in autism support, trauma-informed practice, and behaviour strategies
- Focus on relationships, consistency, and helping learners 'colour outside the lines' in a positive way
