Academics are currently recruiting a SEN Learning Support Assistant to work across client SEMH schools in Ashford, supporting children with additional needs. The role involves helping pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, and contributing to a calm, supportive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SEMH or challenging behaviour, be calm, patient and resilient, and may hold an Enhanced DBS. Availability 4β5 days per week and a driving licence are desirable.
