About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and forward-thinking school in Ascot from April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting pupil progress and confident in delivering high-quality learning. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support learning across the curriculum and will take responsibility for delivering lessons and interventions, particularly in Maths and/or English.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher
- Provide targeted support and interventions in Maths and/or English
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Assist with planning, assessment, and feedback in collaboration with teaching staff

Person Specification
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- 1-4 years' experience working in a school setting
