Academics are recruiting on behalf of a residential SEN school in Andover which caters for young people aged 11-19 years with a primary diagnosis of autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour. All young people have an EHCP. They are seeking a committed and creative Primary Teacher to join their dedicated team. You will play a key role in establishing their new Key Stage 2 provision, delivering engaging and adaptable lessons that build confidence, curiosity, and success in learners with additional needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching within their Key Stage 2 provision.
- Support students to access the National Curriculum at an appropriate level.
- Adapt teaching to meet individual EHCP outcomes.
- Motivate and engage learners through inclusive, creative practice.
- Provide meaningful feedback to support progress and build confidence.

Qualifications
